Becca: I bet you thought I wasn't going to do this. I've been meaning to. And now I'm finally getting to it.
The rest of you (yes all 5 of you...): Becca tagged me in one of those super awesome blog tag thingies, and as you may have noticed, she has been my one of my BBF's (best blogging friends) for years and I wouldn't dare leave her hanging. :) So here goes.
4 things I'm obsessed with lately:
1) Watching hair and makeup tutorials on YouTube, and specifically this Kim Kardashian loose wavy look. I found it on Sunday and I've done my hair like that for the last three days. I should probably take a break tomorrow. But I guess I'm a little obsessed. Here's the link:

2) Furniture Re-dos. I love looking at blogs of people who have taken old, ugly furniture and turned it into something stunning. I'm redoing an old dining armchair right now and I think it's gonna be pretty cute.
3) Once Upon a Time. It can be a bit cheesy at times, but I really like it. And thank heaven for a new show that isn't a crime drama.
4) Blue. Um... my whole house is decorated with blue. I never had blue in my old house so I'm getting a little carried away. Blue bedspread, blue nightstand, blue pillows, blue towels, blue curtains, blue vases... yeah.
4 things I'm good at:
1) Following orders. I don't mind being bossed around.
2) Copying ideas I found online. I'm pretty talented, I know.
3) Pushing myself.
4) Getting over stuff. I used to drive my sister crazy growing up because we would get in a fight and I'd be over it in like 2 minutes and want to talk again. Justin appreciates this quality in me.
4 things I'm looking forward to this year:
1) Having three finished bedrooms in our basement and a mostly-landscaped yard. The guy starts framing our basement bedrooms tomorrow and in a couple of months we'll have our yard in. I'm excited as all get out.
2) My sister's wedding. Two weeks away and I couldn't be happier for her.
3) Getting two new nephews and one new niece. My oldest sister is having #8 in a few weeks! (a boy) and (Becky you're going to die) my brother Daniel and his wife Silvia are expecting TWINS- a boy and a girl- in August. They have had a really difficult time having kids (they do have a 3-year-old son), and so they did in vitro and will be having a boy and a girl this year!
4) Girl's Camp (same as you, Becca!). I got called to be the ward camp director and will be going to camp with the girls at the end of July. I loved everything about Young Women's and camp growing up and it will be so cool to see these girls experience that. I'm super excited!
4 foods I eat the most:
1) Salad. I eat a salad almost every day for lunch. I love them. I never would have thought that when I was younger. But you can put almost
anything you want in a salad and jam-pack it with nutrients
and make it taste crazy delicious. I've found some pretty awesome low-cal dressing recipes that make me want to lick the plate clean.
2) Chocolate. No explanation required. You get it.
3) Almond milk. Man have I had my fair share of almond milk lately. It goes great in smoothies and cereals and the original almond milk only has 60 calories a serving.
4) Kind of a toss up between oatmeal and cold cereal. I eat one or the other every morning so I guess they rate pretty high.
4 things I want to teach my kids:
1) That they have a Savior and Father in Heaven who love them.
2) To be self-sufficient and confident in themselves.
3) To serve others willingly and find joy in it.
4) To be Christlike and love others no matter what they look like or how they act. They don't have to be best friends with everyone, but I do hope they'll treat them kindly and try to see them as Heavenly Father sees them.
4 things I'd do if I was a billionaire:
1) Travel. EV-ER-Y-WHERE.
2) Hire a private cook and housekeeper. The housekeeper would do my laundry. Aaahhhh.... how awesome would that be?
3) Help third-world countries. I like programs that promote self-sufficiency and would donate huge to those programs.
4) Buy everyone in my family freak awesome houses.
4 People I tag to do this survey:
Um. Let's be honest. I don't even know if four people will read this post. But just in case, here you go!
1) Shannon B.
2) Jessica T.
3) Chelsea R.
4) Jenna G.
